Dental prosthesis

On this occasion, we have received an STL file for milling an upper hybrid dental prosthesis in monolithic zirconia. We use high-translucency white zirconia, a highly aesthetic material that is infiltrated with stains to achieve a more natural appearance, making it ideal for visible restorations, such as those in the anterior region.

Unlike multilayer zirconia, monolithic zirconia offers a uniform strength of 1200 MPa throughout the entire block, making it much more durable and less prone to fractures. This material is especially recommended for patients who require a high-performance and aesthetic prosthesis without compromising robustness.

The prosthesis will be finished at the clinic, where final adjustments will be made and the interfaces joining the structure will also be cemented on-site. This type of prosthesis is ideal for dental implants, providing a complete, durable, and aesthetically pleasing solution.
